Not worth it:
1. Much harder to find banks/brokers that onboard a company vs natural person. Every account opening involves getting a notarized/legalized CoI and other documents - can be up to $500-1k to get these documents depending on structure complexity.
2. Pricing is higher - as you wrote...
Wise also recently changed their USD wire conditions so you can't do "further credit to" and can't fund brokerage account using Wise.
Their usefullness drops with every passing day.
Yes, I am already migrating the portfolio to another broker. Lots of brokers work with Malta, as @lacomaco mentioned Saxo work with Malta. But they are a lot more expensive on the custody fees, trading fees, don't give % on deposits, etc.
