What are the top signs a well known public company's stock is a "Value Trap"!

The best sign of a value trap is when value investors / "contrarian investors" / Michael Burry tweeting about it. Avoid at all costs unless you want to catch a fallen knife.

Fleeing a NATO vs. Russia conflict

100% correct. But don't try to confuse people here with facts, let all the tinfoil hatters move to dictatorships like Dubai and then be surprised when rules get changed and they get raped with 9% tax and audit requirements for $200k revenue, after being promised 50 years of no tax :D Or worse...

Dubai - First Audit Request From DIEZ

Sounds really awful. But it is somewhat funny how all the people complaining about EU being an "open air prison" moved to a dictatorship that in the span of a few months turned into a 10x much more expensive and strict REAL open air prison. Can't wait to see the first post about a guy jailed...

HANG SENG Index back at 1997 Levels ;)

In just 27 years the CCP took a wonderful and ultra-successful city-state from British rule and turned it into a financial pariah. Well done, communism. Should you trade/invest as a natural person or as an onshore company

Not worth it: 1. Much harder to find banks/brokers that onboard a company vs natural person. Every account opening involves getting a notarized/legalized CoI and other documents - can be up to $500-1k to get these documents depending on structure complexity. 2. Pricing is higher - as you wrote...

Wise fully shuts-down its Business debit card for U.S. businesses

Wise also recently changed their USD wire conditions so you can't do "further credit to" and can't fund brokerage account using Wise. Their usefullness drops with every passing day.

    IB shutting down Malta accounts?

Yes, I am already migrating the portfolio to another broker. Lots of brokers work with Malta, as @lacomaco mentioned Saxo work with Malta. But they are a lot more expensive on the custody fees, trading fees, don't give % on deposits, etc. Correct, they do work with Malta.

    IB shutting down Malta accounts?

IB shut down my account after 3 years. I'm resident in Malta. I tried to open a corporate account after their sales rep told me it is possible. During the sign up the registration said "not accepting new clients from your jurisdiction". Stupidly I contacted the agent and said "hey, it says you...
