Where To Open An Offshore Bank Account

In short, you'll get an account in a better country, with a better bank that offers better products (great credit cards, investment products etc). That said, if 2000-3000$ is a problem (the cost of a short trip to HK or SG) then you probably should not go offshore at all.

Where To Open An Offshore Bank Account

For sure those countries require travel and more documentation but don't you think those hassles are outweighed by the increased stability, better rule of law and better products?

Where To Open An Offshore Bank Account

In my experience, there are four offshore jurisdictions worth looking into when it comes to banking. Hong Kong, Singapore, UAE and the United States (yes you read that right). All four have very solid banks (unlike Cyprus, Belize, St Vincent, Latvia, Mauritius etc), top notch products, top...

    Payment Processor without Bank Account

Last time I checked, 2Checkout still offered the option to withdraw funds to Payoneer.

Change country every 4-5 months in order to not pay taxes at all

It's a lot easier than what most of you think. I work online so moving isn't an issue. My companies are registered in stable countries, they do not move with me. They bank in Singapore, UK and EU. I do my personal banking in Hong Kong. I'm domiciled in a tax haven and my country of citizenship...

Why do people want to open accounts remotely?

You do not gain anything privacy-wise. All the good banks are compliant with information sharing treaties. Also, DeMajor, name me a good bank in HK, Singapore or the UAE that opens account remotely with a deposit under 100000$.

Yes. My flags are all planted in different countries, strategically.

Why do people want to open accounts remotely?

Someone who can't afford a plane ticket doesn't need an offshore bank account. They need a better job. As for the time/money investment, it is fairly minimal and can be turned into a fun trip. Who doesn't like going to a place like Hong Kong? Because if you only open remotely, you can only...

Which Countries Are Best Suited For Offshore Companies?

The UK is the best tax haven, by far. It also offers some of the best payment processing options, banking, credit etc. Running costs are also lower than in places like the UAE, HK and Singapore.

Change country every 4-5 months in order to not pay taxes at all

I've been traveling non-stop for years although not in Europe. To eliminate your tax burden, you need to do more than just move. For example, you need to move your tax residency/domicile to a low/zero tax country. Google the five flag theory if you want learn more.

Why do people want to open accounts remotely?

I see a lot of threads here of people asking which banks allows remote opening. I have to ask, why? What's the big deal with flying somewhere for a day or two to setup an account? Is it worth going with a bucket-shop in a place like Cyprus or Latvia simply to avoid a little trip to Singapore...

Do Offshore Banks Provide Credit Cards?

Yes. Then again, every reputable bank requires a visit these days so nothing different here.

Do Offshore Banks Provide Credit Cards?

You can certainly get an unsecured credit card with some offshore banks. I have unsecured cards with several Hong Kong banks. All I was asked was to provide was a proof of income. Obviously, I also have current accounts with each of those banks. If you are only looking at the frontier markets...
