I think if they both care about the welfare of the company and are dedicated to it surviving, miracles can be done. They definitely should split up the job so their duties don't overlap.
I agree! Why take the chance of hurting your businesses just to save a few bucks? It might hurt your reputation in the long run, and that could have been averted by paying for someone's good reputation in the web hosting biz.
I love everything about google, too but it concerns me that so many of my internet eggs are in one basket. What if google tanks, what happens to my business then?
Here in the United States, we have been told for a few years now to not trust wire transfers such as Western Union, unless you completely know and trust who it is coming from, because of all the fraud.
I think it is only trouble waiting to happen when rules are relaxed to make things easier for people. If people would just be patient for once, things would get back to normal on their own.
I am not surprised at how popular these apps are. They make everything so easy, and I think some of them are the status symbol of today. Did you hear about the new one out for women on blind dates?
I think people are becoming hopeful. Real estate is looking good, and people are tired of having macaroni for dinner. I think this Christmas season will tell us for sure.
I saw that jump myself today after the market closed. It is so nice to see the market improve after such a crazy year. Personally, I think the market is looking bright.
I also agree that Paypal is nothing to worry about, in fact it is something to rely on when everything else is so iffy. Ebay, on the other hand, has an uncertain future, I think.
The reason most people want a verified Paypal account is because some people won't ship products to someone if the account isn't verified. They have a policy like that because Paypal won't offer their money back insurance if the ship-to address is unverified.
I too think that we are going to come back stronger than ever. There will always be something new to build, sell and repair. People just need to be patient and learn to become slightly more self sufficient.
Twitter deserves to be valued that high simply because people love it. That's the thing about capitalism, the market gives in to what the people want. It may just be a fad, but it will correct itself if it is.
The thing that keeps me motivated is the rumble in my belly! (only partly joking here) I love the feeling of depending upon myself and not the whims of some crazy boss (oh, wait my boss is still crazy...)
Your comment above about the ins and outs of blogging was very helpful. I have wondered if it was really true that you could make all that money, but it doesn't look like the way I want to go.
