According to the email I got from them, it looks like the audit is mandatory. Point no.13 on their email specifically states "Audited financial reports for 2022 and 2023", the only interpretation of this is....well...an audited financial report.

It looks like its everyone who set up with IFZA/DSO (me included) as the DIEZ managed that freezone. I have Internet Content, Marketing Management and Management consultancy licenses, and provide these services legitimately to US companies. Would be interested to hear what licenses others have...
