Yeah nominee director and shareholders are useful as long as you don't need to open any external financial service like paypal account or similar where the nominees passport copy etc. is required.

I don't understand why you guys don't like Delaware that much, I find it to be very easy and secure for company formation.

Like many other offshore companies and jurisdiction they don't pay any tax or only little tax because of benefits in tax matters.

Because of personal reasons I'm unable to open an bank account in my home country I'm even prohibited to register a company and do business because of some very bad mistake I did in the past. It has been a big turn down with personal conflicts to not be allowed to do any business any longer I...

But you don't need to travel to Hong Kong for the company formation or do you?
