Hello all,

As I am dealing with royalties and paid by an US company, I need to find a jurisdiction which has signed a Tax treaty.
Irish LTD offers a solid 0% corporate taxes for the first 50 000€.

Does any one know something more about that, or can recommend me an agent ?
Any idea of the cost to run an irish ltd? (annual fees, accounting, etc.)

Thanks!

You can post whatever you want here, but requesting e-mail addresses, skype etc in a thread like this is not allowed! Just a quick note before I have to delete and send warning points!

I checked their website.. they link to a publication with 404 error :( But they have a financial service available ( fire.com ) that will allow us to open a bank account remote. This is not a bank but more like a wallet if I understand this correct. It may be a solution as long as they provide individual IBAN numbers.

The website loads ultra slow :( But their fees are OK. If someone trust them and order, please post here it's somehow interesting. I have not made any SCAM check or similar.

I am going to speak with a bunch of irish accountants this week, to check if it's feasible and the yearly costs (book keeping, tax return, etc.).
I'll update the topic about the 50k thing for royalties.

Spoke to two CPAs for my specific issue.
Basically they're not interested/experienced/don't want to go for this. It's still the same issue, the work is done outside Ireland, so, it's a no-no for them, profits should be taxed in the country where the work is done.

Would like to find some reputable provider too.. If they are not located in Ireland I agree with you @Talyn it's not worth it.

It's still the same s**t for me: in Ireland, you have to prove that the work is done there. And you can't use any offshore corporation as nominees (because according to Irish law, at least one director has to be based in the EEA).

So for freelancers, or people who plan to don't have any work done in Ireland... Incorporating their is not a good solution.
