paypal exchange service

I read about forums specially covering all exchange services around. Since we are not allowed to post other forum urls here I can't post it but wanted to make people aware of it just in case there are not soon coming any service here people can start using!

Is there any exchange service from PayPal to BitCoin please? I read here and there it's possible but what I have found so far I can't trust it seems, they are all small exchange services with crappy websites and shitty fees. Can someone please recommend a valid service?
