they keep popping up on Google,
I tried searching info in this forum but cant find anything.
tried using the name only and with .com.

does anyone have experience with them ? are they any good?

As a general rule, stick to service providers that are licensed/regulated, meaning they can be independently verified via government websites.

If you order a company from OffshoreFormations 247, you're buying a service from an unregulated and opaque company in UAE. There is no information about who's behind the company. They are most likely simply reselling someone (who may in turn be a reseller).

Another strange thing about OffshoreFormations 247 is that they claim to open bank accounts with Piraeus Bank, PromSvyazBank, and RCB Bank in Cyprus. None of those banks still exist. Piraeus is now Astrobank and the other two have shut down. They also list 10% corporate tax in Cyprus. It was raised to 12.50% many, many years ago.

And that's just from a quick glance for some easy to spot errors.
