Pros & Cons for corporate or natural nominees?

I admit I did not give this much consideration before using my nominees and now I'm wondering what the benefits or disadvantages are of going each way? The corporate nominees are considerably cheaper than using a natural person but I couldn't say why? On the surface it seems like a corporate nominee would allow smoother business operations? Any experience of insight is welcomed! Cheers.

I have corporate nominee director and shareholder for one of my Seychelles Companies. It's fine as long as I don't need them to sign anything which isn't possible because they are corporate nominees!

If you need anything signed (contracts, agreements etc) and you don't want to have your own name there, you will need a real person nominee director and not corporate mominee!

Corporate nominees can't sign at all? So who does this if a contract needs signing?
@auric Why would my name appear? I'm not a director. Would it not be the name of a person who is listed as director for the corporate nominee company?

If nominee is required a real person nominee director and corporate nominee shareholder works best!

What would you say. If you have a company in Bulgaria where no privacy exists, would a real person nominee be good?
