    Not sure where you got the 'need' from. Nobody needs to do anything. Whoever feels their funds are not safe on that particular card for any reason (even though they are perfectly safe), and whoever wants to urgently withdraw these funds from the system, they have the option to unload the funds...

    SEPA deposits and withdrawals are fully available for eligible users and were never unavailable actually. They're not down for whoever owns one. Existing cards are fine. We are just not offering new cards because of too many delivery and other operational issues with this particular vendor...

    Of course, like I just said, we have had European cards for years, international cards since last year, we also had different international cards in 2020 that unfortunately did not last very long. The brief period when we had no physical cards at all was around 2017/2018.

    Which specific cards do you have in mind? We have several kinds and recently we added more. EUR/USD cards for Europe, Turkey and Israel have been around for years, and last year we added international options.

    Unfortunately, these new issuing partners are processing things quite slowly. We are not currently accepting new orders for these cards until all pending orders are shipped. They will be shipped eventually, it's just that it takes longer than we have been told.

    Nothing to do with reporting though. Exceeding a certain monthly transfer limit is also an AML alert, so additional information may be requested. Most users do not experience this. Not really. They receive very limited customer information, if any, during processing, which is not sufficient...

    You were told that a transaction was delayed for AML reasons? Sounds unusual, what kind of transaction was it about? We have never done and are not currently doing any reporting. KYC/AML is a given, of course.
