I have about $400k that I need to get out of these business accounts into my personal account. My personal bank accounts in my home country are...

    Transferwise to Crypto

I'm getting a decent amount of money to my Transferwise account, and I want to turn these into crypto and withdraw it to my wallet. Since sending money to crypto exchanges is prohibited, I'm trying to figure out some alternative solutions. Currently I'm thinking of sending the money to my...

Wyoming VS New Mexico LLC What is better?

You can get a bank account from Mercury, which is good enough for until you find time to visit USA in person.

    Stripe Atlas Delaware Company ?

Just form a Wyoming LLC for cheap, and then open a stripe account for that company. No need to deal with Atlas and their high fees. Also they form your company as a C-Corp, which means an extra 21% in taxes for no reason. Not to mention, Delaware isn't the best place to form a company if you...

Would dropshipping count as UK sourced income?

Partners are located outside of EU. But it seems like I will still have to collect VAT. Makes more sense to get a US LLC instead then.

Turkish Citizenship by investment by cashing out btc

Turkish Government cares not one whit about where you get your money, as long as you have it. They will also not report it to anywhere. The government can't even keep track of millions of turkish people that evade taxes, they will have 0 interest in you, someone who is bringing in sweet sweet...

Would dropshipping count as UK sourced income?

I'm thinking of opening a UK LLP for my dropshipping business, selling solely to customers in UK. Situation is as follows: 1) I'm planning on getting a transferwise account + card, and receive GBP to that account. 2) I already have a supplier who has the products in their warehouse inside the...

Best way to set-up UK LLP?

Is dropshipping considered a UK sourced income though? Because in US it isn't considered to be a US sourced income, thus not subject to any taxes, especially since my company has no significant presence in USA. It's looking better to open another US LLC and get a GBP account from Transferwise...

Best way to set-up UK LLP?

That's probably the best idea. Would that work though? I somehow thought that all partners needed at least some profit distribution, but I'm probably wrong

Best way to set-up UK LLP?

Hey guys, I've been dropshipping for a while now using my USA LLC, but I want to open a new company for my non-US income. Most of my customers will be in UK, thus I wanted to open a UK LLP due to it being a pass-through entity, since I don't have to pay personal income taxes where I live...

UK LLP High Street bank accounts for non-residents?

I'm planning to incorporate a UK LLP in the coming months, and I want to have accounts in couple of real banks in addition to the usual smattering of EMIs. However I've heard that it is incredibly difficult to open a bank account if you aren't a UK resident. I would be willing to travel to UK...

Which non-CRS country would you recommend for a bank account ?

Yes you can open accounts with all high street banks. Issue is that you have to visit personally to open the accounts, you can't open bank accounts remotely.

Which non-CRS country would you recommend for a bank account ?

USA is the best option if you have no american residency/citizenship. I've never heard of a single case of IRS reporting your income to your home country.
