Exchanges allowing FIAT payments to third parties using a 100% crypto wallet as source

One of the members (Saho) pointed out, in the thread "List of trustable crypto exchanges", that there is already an exchange (bitbill.eu) that market itself as "Pay all your bills easy and fast with bitcoins" and allow people to send fiat to third parties using bitcoin.

This service seem to allow people to pay fiat to an IBAN of a third person using a crypto wallet as source of the payment.

Do you know any other exchange that offer something similar?

Do you know any exchange that offer the opposite (receiving fiat from third parties inside the exchange and convert it into crypto)?

In my opinion that could be very interesting, because this way would be possibile to use crypto wallets (private and non easy subject to seizure) even for day by day payments to third parties (example, suppliers).

This could allow an entity with previous debts with third parties or tax to continue to operate and pay suppliers and providers. Plus if some similar services born in the other direction, even to receive payments, with no risk of losing the money.

Sadly I haven't tried any of them, but livingroomofsatoshi.com and bitcoinsolutions.ca don't look like they're supporting SEPA.

I haven't found anything yet to receive third-party FIAT deposits and convert that into crypto. Due to AML/KYC this probably doesn't really exist.

What is the problem for the 3rd party to convert his electronic money (from his / her bank account) to crypto and send the crypto to a 3rd party account where it can be exchanged again?

I mean, if the money is already in a bank then it is all registered, and to receive 3rd party money I believe you guys mean to receive them from another bank:rolleyes:

3rd party deposits to your account where it will be converted to crypto. Deposit is done by bank transfer and the account will be a 3rd party service such as advcash. And the problem is to find a service that accepts 3rd party bank transfers even if the sender has another name.
