We have seen a lot of negative reviews from customers that leaving negative reviews one way or another about some service provider either from this forum or external.

I wonder how it is possible to avoid fake negative reviews about a provider, I can mention the thread that was here about Euro Pacific bank which not really went out to be a scam, or the guy that claimed that he never heard from OffshoreCorpGroup in months while it was only 3 days. The list is endless I have seen lot's here, how can we as a service provider stand against it?

Anyone has an idea?

I meant that in more general way than speaking about one single negative review - some people believe, some people read between the lines... those who understand you cannot believe everything that was published are in better positions (not necessarily more comfortable :-|)

How would you take advantage of negative reviews?

You could ask the Leopay who are still in business and get new customers after sister company Satabank was put out of business for money laundering of Libyan oil and faces further allegations of laundering billions smi(&%.

Fake negative reviews are always going to exist. They exist on Amazon, ebay etc. As mentioned its part of being on the www.

P.s EPB for example seems to have counteracted the negative reviews on Trustpilot with forced good reviews bor&%#. They must be incentivized to leave such daft reviews.

i.e "Excellent service to help to reset a password for my account"

It s exactly what Mister Everson said, it took me too many years to understand it. But there is a sentence saying " Bad ads or good ads, the important is that we speak about you !!!!"

Examples? Leopay as mentionned, SFM OFFSHORE ( scammers since 2009 from what i know ) ...

Most of customers are just idiots, they always say to theirself " I m smart, i know how to do , nobody will F*ck me" then, we see them on forums crying.

So to finish, relax and even if you have bad reviews anywhere, say thanks you got a free ads!

You nailed it right on the head....lol.

@darkster I would not worry about fake or negative publicity at all. If you are offering a service people want and it is unique enough customers will come. For example nothing anyone will say will stop a customer using EPB who has no other banking options. Just make sure your product has a competitive advantage over competition i.e EPB has no CRS reporting and accepts shell companies which is very rare in todays banking world. But their customers are 99% criminals and idiots. Learn to turn a negative into a positive and never give up because of fake reviews their are plenty of people out there.

Back when I was more active on this forum there was a battle going on between the former owner of the forum and a competing company, it was a real Cyberwar they started. It went out to all the big boards and even social media, fake news websites and self produced websites. It was spectacular to see how these two companies was fighting each other at all costs.

Today, no one of them are in business they disappeared.

Are you a customer there ? smi(&% sorry smi(&%

lol...I see what you did there smi(&%. I was once briefly a customer. I should have my own 10 part documentary labelled "Surviving Euro Pacific Bank". I think I said it all when I wrote in a post about EPB

"I would go to hell in a mink coat before I would go back to EPB"

Even client onboarding staff at EPB find the bank a joke. See my below post I took from glassdoor website.

Anyway back to the subject.
