  I’m resident in Malta as NON dom, i’ve malta ltd with holding uk ltd, i’m ubo e director of both, this could be a problem to get 6/7 tax refund? <<< This is a question you posted to @jackfrost's time line.   Hello
  I read that you live in Malta,
  I have the Malta Self-sufficient residence
  they proposed me as a Gibraltar company
  (Gibraltar registered office, Malta operational headquarters)
  I work online I don't have an office.
  
  as I will have to indicate Malta as the operational headquarters when setting up the company, will I also have to pay taxes in Malta?
