i read your post about Wyoming LLC Tax Clarification. I am in the same situation with my LLC.
I am not a U.S. citizen nor resident. All business and activity are carried out in Europe. No business in USA. It is still unclear about LLC tax obligation for the company. I have got contradictory information, but seem I have to file form 5472 and 1120 (maybe 1040NR not sure). Do you have more info about it?
