Yes , had awful experience with them. They are great to start then out of nowhere terminate your account for a random reason. Refuse to then communicate and state funds will be held for 48 months. They are holding several hundred thousand dollars of mine currently. Be careful

They are for sure not shady. They are a Y combinator startup backed by a lot of tier A VC funds. I’ve never tried them however. How do they deal with excessive chargebacks ? Is your money held for 180 days?
