Premium Advertising Partner NON-CRS SETUP: Dubai Company with Residence Visa and Bank Accounts! - DLS Dubai

Setting the company up before going to Dubai would save you a lot of time spending in Dubai itself. I'm in Dubai for a little longer than a month now and will have my Emirates ID in the next few days. I came to Dubai on a tourist visa and without the company been setup already.

Netherlands no tax on trading besides NAV tax?

Some economic ties is only going to work if you are going to a country with a tax treaty that has clear rules about when you are resident there, your best option would be Malta (5% tax) imo. As long as you reside more than 183 days in Malta and actually become tax resident there you are safe...

Netherlands no tax on trading besides NAV tax?

As a Dutch resident there is no point in tax planning with offshore structures, especially in this day and age. Get yourself an electric car and expensive house (100% mortgage) and those will be your only ways to avoid some tax.

Offshore Structure for Crypto Trading with Three Partners in Three different Jurisdictions

Will you all be putting your own funds together into the company? What if one off the partners decides to screw you over? Or will start doing illegal stuff on behalf of the companies name or w/e? The person from montenegro is paying only 9% anyways, and with some planning could lower it even...

Premium Advertising Partner NON-CRS SETUP: Dubai Company with Residence Visa and Bank Accounts! - DLS Dubai

Take it or leave it, you can either go with Fred or not, if you don’t trust it then don’t do it. You could also wait for me to leave a full review of Fred his service after everything has been setup for me, but since you don’ trust me either that would make no differnce. And if you still think...

Advice on tax structure for owner-managed business (UK resident)?

I don't know how savage the British tax authorities are but in general the tax authorities in western countries are savage so I wouldn't recommend going 'offshore'. If you are actually looking to save taxes just move away to a low/no tax country. In reality most people will end up with either...

I understand what you are saying. That's why I wanted to meet Fred in person first. I suggest you meet him in person if you don't trust it, which is what I did. So far he setup my freezone company already and the additional things are being worked on. Once everything is setup for me I will...

Question Spaniard - Crypto - Exit strategy - 7 figures

No, for a free zone company you don't. And they changed laws for mainland companies as well so you don't need a local partner anymore (not sure when this well come into effect, I believe they are having a 1 year transitioning period). Right now go for a Freezone company, Fred just setup mine...

Question Spaniard - Crypto - Exit strategy - 7 figures

Malta maybe, as far as I know they are crypto friendly. Portugal NHR maybe, not sure how friendly they are towards crypto. Georgia and Malaysia maybe as well. Probably there are a lot more options but if they will work in practice I don't know. Main questions is if you are able to get a bank...

How do I buy properties in Spain when residing in Spain with a Hong Kong company

It's a setup I would personally never dare to try in the Netherlands, however I don't know how aggressive the Spanish tax authorities are. They might start raising questions if you haven't declared any income the last few years residing there but you still manage to buy a home, even with a...

Invest in Silver is anyone doing it?

Any new Silver is very hard to find these days, I am very positive to see a huge price increase in silver, that's why I am holding the physical stuff. There are a couple of services that offer storage for gold, silver and platinum. The paper silver is not backed by the physical silver, so if...

How do I buy properties in Spain when residing in Spain with a Hong Kong company

I think you are forgetting the dutch tax authorities, since you said you haven't been employed nor paid taxes in Spain, I don't know if are registered as a resident in Spain, if not that could make you tax resident in the Netherlands automatically for the Dutch tax authorities. This might not...

How do I open an Offshore bank account being a EU resident?

There is really no such thing as being a EU resident IMO. You are either a German resident or a Spain resident but not an EU resident. It really depends on in what country you are currently a resident in. Every country has different rules and ways of dealing with people running an offshore...

    Netherlands VS. Estonia

Only for a very small group of big international operating countries the Netherlands is used in structures, it has to do with royalty structures. I don't know what type of business you are running but if you let the profit be taxed in the Netherlands your are taxed at 15% for the first 250K and...
