I think IBKR it’s strong option for you. It depends of your citizenship and where do you live because maybe there will be better options.
For me, T212 has many benefits as I’m from and live in South America so it’s very difficult to find a good broker hesitant to open an account.

Also it could be because as far as I have read, they offer fractional shares so maybe the ETFs you asked for, are not available fractionally. They do have a forum where you can ask for stocks/etfs not available and then wait until they add them.
