What's the least-questions-asked way to transfer 3-600k€ from Russia to EU, private to private, one or two times (so not regularly), between two related persons?

Both use the same bank. So send to your own account at same bank as recipient and then send to recipient. But be prepared to answer some questions as a 600k transfer is not normal in private to private transfer at retail bank.

Thanks Martin. So you suggest that the person living abroad opens a bank account in Russia?
Is this because Russian bank will complain otherwise?
I was more afraid of the foreign bank asking what these russian money are

I think the conversation is about using RU/EU banks of the same brand. For example Raiffeisen bank or Societe Generale.

Both parties should transact at same bank wherever it is. The same bank has done KYC on both parties so sending money to each other should not cause concern especially if money came in as a first party wire into one persons account. If funds came in first party without issues then sending to another party who has been through due diligence process at the same bank should not cause problems. Biggest headache is if you use a small bank and have a large wire. The large wire checks can kick in and nothing you can do about it.

Noobie question: how about using an EMI? like, f.ex, Revolut that is almost russian? Would that work, as the common denominator institute to do the money transfer? So Bank A -> Revolut A -> Revolut B -> Bank B where Bank A is russian and Bank B is some EU country

Yes but Revolut has deep analytics and profiling in their payment system. You want to use one without this.

Right.. I assume that free and no analytics is like a unicorn. Maybe cheap & no analytics, is there something that would fit this bill? How about Bunq, that is always about to fall, but for such a quickie might just survive?

Nothing comes to mind.....got mental block right now conf/(%. Don't think Bunq will work for such an amount.

The best way by far is to find someone in Russia who will sell you crypto, then send that to the recipient and recipient can cash out wherever. It may not be the cheapest route but will definitely be the least hassle.

I also agree with this route. Any bank or EMI will "grill" him on the due diligence requirements for such P2P transaction and chances are highest to have their accounts closed than executing the transfer

We provide such service thru our proxy LLC company in Serbia (accept payments in rubles).

how much does it cost for you to maintain your company in Serbia?

I was thinking of setting up passthrough tunnel for my marketplace to distribute payouts to Russian sellers
