Not a lot of service providers left these days as incorporations have dwindled with the introduction of 25% corporate tax even on IBCs. But check out these:

Guess it's just a case of how easy it is to set up a bank account....

We are looking at relocation to Antigua and could use an IBC for invoicing work from our Uk & Channel Island companies.
