Anybody actually get a bank account in Dubai for FZCO?

So far these bankers are hopelessly bad at communication. So I am wondering if anybody actually got a bank account?

What your banker are told you?

DSO, does it matter? What did they tell me? Well good question. Still waiting to even know if the application was submitted. Calls, messages, emails.

While I was waiting, applied and got denied by RAK and NEObank without any explanation.

Do you have emirate ID or Residential Visa ?

ID and res visa yes, appears to be a flexi desk, is that the issue?

Try Dedicated office with 24/7 access,
It is not guaranteed but higher your chance for getting accepted , Bank rules are changing rapidly ?
Also try to buy some bank product like insurance any product they can earn commission on it.
As You experience yourself , Bank staff is not up to mark.

Are you from high risk country ?
What are your business activities ?

I got it for DSO just before the covid... It took them about 6 months.... they lost some of the documents/files, then they asked for same documents like 5 times... in the end they asked me to provide one address for the company (office not flexidesk) or for me (ejari/tennancy contract) so I went with the second one as it's better and after I provided them with that - no questions asked...
