Anyone have experience with trusts?

Has anyone experience of trust built to protect building assets. I need a bullet proof legal structure that will protect my house in Canada.

I have contact 4 lwayer fiscalists here... never got any satisfiying answer. They offer me to built a canadian trust under my name. I want a foreigh trust where my name doesn't appear anywhere.

Anyone has experience with that?

I'm looking into this too and so far I can't find the best of answers. I find the best answer is to find 3 guys who claim to specialize in this and get 1 local guy from your country and 2 offshore guys and see if you can find any consensus to their answers. If you can't keep finding more people until you get real advise with consensus.

You can setup a Seychelles Trust or a Cyprus Trust, both starts at aprox 8000 euro in setup costs and will protect your privacy, your assets and your rights.

Seychelles trust is easy to setup, it's just a 12 pages questionair that has to be completed and send in.
