Based in Hong Kong- What differences do the offshore locations have?

Hi everyone!


I'm based in Hong Kong and I see that there are many offshore locations for us to incorporate our offshore.


Does anyone know of the actual differences of the companies or where I can find a chart on this?


I'm mainly asking for info product/ebook business and would like to accept credit card virtually OR in person for my other business.


What would be my best option in terms of where to incorporate and how to get the credit card set up? I don't have any transaction history for this except to my bank account if that counts.


Is it possible to add a Chinese company name to any of these offshores?
