Best EMI account to open anonymous account with?

Do you know if any of this EMI can be a third party gateway credit card processor? I know advcash can be used as a gateway for some kind of payments, but I don't know if they accept credit card payments.

This Sogexia.com service looks very good but if they don't respond to support tickets or other account problems we may have I can't use them!
