Hi!

Can any one recommend the best solution/country/bank for setting up booking corp similar to Agoda. Currentlly incorporated locally, but tax issues are too difficult. We need ability to take online credit card payments including ability to key including card not present transactions. Not a scam

Whats difficult about taxes? You can just hire an accountant

You could setup Company + bank account + payment processing in Cyprus and get the agent you setup all this with do the accounting and filing of tax reports. So you will have it all in one package and you won't have to worry about all of this but can focus on your business!
