I'm in the process of building an online brand to sell to customers globally. I'm looking for the best company setup for this case, as i know from the posts here that every case is different.
Been looking recently in BEPS tools and many structures, but i found out that OECD have took many setups down and that it's too advanced for me to decide what is best.
For my stores I will need PayPal and Stripe or Shopify payments to collect money from customers. I will use Payoneer & TransferWise to receive payouts and pay bills.
My goal is to pay zero or super low Corporate & Dividends taxes while maintaining a totally legal status of the brand. The reason I want it to be straight is when i want to sell it one day it can have a market value and good history.
Regarding taxes in Morocco please don't bother as that's not the main subject in this question. I will pay income tax in Morocco ONLY on the funds I'm transferring to my local bank account.
