Blackcatcard own Crypto Exchange

I have contact Support and they sayd they have a OWN crypto Exchanger in System.
But i think the fees/conditions are not so good then a real Crypto Exchanger.

Have anoyone use Blackcatcard with real Crypto Exchanger. Works with SEPA ?

Or is the own crypto system mandatory?

Абсолютно бесполезный и плохой сервис. Принимают заявки на покупку криптовалюты, заморозив ваши средства. Через несколько дней начинают ленивые движения, просто выставив спотовый ордер в надежде что как-то и когда-то он закроется с прибылью для них. Отменить свою заявку вы можете через саппорт, но ваши деньги будут заморожены еще несколько рабочих дней.

Плохая работа за большие тарифы.
