Cash out via Online Gambling tax free

Hey guys, did not find anything via the search option. Good old "mafia style" question...:
As payouts/cashouts from casinos and similar online gambling in some countries in europe are tax free or low tax - is there any way to deposit money on such online gambling sites and after to payout to private bank account and declare as win/profit from online gambling? I know it sounds too easy, but are there such services in order to proceed such an idea? I am just brainstorming right now

I think this is literally money laundering through online casinos, they look out for this kind of thing (regulated ones anyway), and if you just deposit and then withdraw to another bank account it will get flagged for sure (unless you are using really small amounts).
