These two web links document the dystopic Orwellian horror that is presently occurring in Shanghai. We need to keep a close eye on these developments because it has the potential to spiral into something very significant. The Chinese Communist Party is literally forcing people to stay in their homes and starve, rather than have them exposed to a virus that is no more lethal than the flu (at least for people under age 70).

People are reaching the breaking point. The great social contract between the CCP and the Chinese people is giving up freedom in return for food security and slow upward economic mobility. These lockdowns are now violating that social contract (of preventing starvation).

It's VERY much different lol. Doors were welded so that people could not get out, forced to take vaccine tests (double check this) and all pets killed which were in contact with covid.

So, please, let's not pretend the above mentioned countries are as bad as China. Because they aren't.

The situation in China is proof that the whole plandemic is mainly driven by the Chinese Communist Party which tries to export its totalitarian great reset dystopia to the western world and tries to impose itself as the new dominant superpower. Clowns like Bill Gates or the WEF clique are in my opinion just collaborators of Xi Jinping. Lockdowns or vaccine passports didn't happen because there had been any scientific consensus (in fact a WHO working paper from 2019 suggested the opposite and Sweden or Florida were the only states that really followed the science) but because Italy and later other countries followed China.

China has built up a giant credit bubble (like US and Europe) of around 300% of GDP which is about to burst with rising interest rates and tries to prevent the fallout by setting up a new totalitarian regime. The members of the CCP seem to believe that they can avoid financial and economic collapse by controlling financial streams and the economy with social credit algorithms and digital currencies. Of course this one will spectacularly fail one day like all centrally planned economies in the past. The question is only whether it will last 70 years like the Soviet Union and whether the western world will join Beijing in its totalitarian journey or whether it will form a new block that offers a free liberal society as opposing concept to communism and tyranny like it did during the cold war. I'm hoping for the latter.

Now, the Chinese social media platforms Weibo and Douban are apparently censoring the first line of China’s national anthem. The lyrics state, "Stand up! Those who refuse to be slaves!"

The problem for censors is that the line was trending in response to China’s draconian lockdown in Shanghai. So, China wants to censor its own national anthem rather than face the consequences of its own policies.

China's national anthem, "March of the Volunteers," seemingly offered clear instructions to Shanghai residents frustrated with the government's oppressive COVID-containment lockdown: "Rise up, people who don't want to be slaves."

But when the inhabitants of the Chinese Communist Party's birthplace began posting that stirring first line on Weibo, China's version of Twitter, censors blocked it, along with another commanding line: "Arise! Arise! Arise!"
