When you guys would open a company for such business? What about an IBC in Seychelles?

My main target is being under the radar and 0 % taxes

@Cetme308win The problem you have is that the activity of offshore casino and bookies is already a very difficult to place activity, even where the company is incorporated in a highly legitimate location. By incorporating in Seychelles which is Blacklisted by a number of banks now you only make like so much harder to arrange banking. The best thing you can do is fine as legitimate a location as possible, obtain a licence relating to your activity and from there banks will be willing to consider you.

I don't have any casino or bookies,I'm just an affiliate of the casino getting a commision per customer.... What about BVI?

Gambling affiliate companies used to be incorporated in BVI, Seychelles, and so on. Nowadays, all the big ones are clean operations with local companies. Some owners have relocated to places with low tax, mainly Malta.

BVI, Seychelles, Costa Rica for an affiliate — that's from 10 years ago. You'll struggle doing that today.

I'm just an affiliate making some money with a site I started,my idea would be to open a company in Seychelles or BVI and opening some bank accounts in Puerto Rico. I have a contact in a bank that offers FDIC insurance but I need a physical office(not a big problem)

If you can do that, than do it. But in real, I do not believe, that any serious bank in Puerto Rico will open a bank account for Seychelles company. BVI is more acceptable.

There is nothing like privacy in BVI nor any other civilized country. BVI is great for standard business. But not for beeing gambling affiliate. For this activity is special license required in BVI. There are also nee CFC rules in BVI. If you want 0 tax and privacy, you shold consider some latin america country. Whatabout Guatemala? No CRS, No CFC rules, No public corporate registry, official language is spanish so you do not need to translate documents for a bank in Puerto Rico, Terrotorial taxation system - no tax for income derived outside of territory of Guatemala..

That used to be how things work, but not anymore. Just look around at all the big affiliates. A huge number of affiliate website are nowadays owned by Catena Media (a public company based in Malta/Sweden), after the owners of successful affiliate websites cashed out because it became too difficult to operate a large affiliate business. Most of the others are also "onshore" companies incorporated where the owners live and work.

I'm not saying it's impossible, just that what you're describing is not something successful affiliates are doing anymore.

You are partially right but on the other hand those affiliates have sold their businesses because they know how the system works. They can easily sell one business and pull off another. For affiliates, whose main earning scheme is via SEO of their websites, getting EBIT 4-5 EBIT from Catena is fantastic deal, before Google will ruin their business with SEO "improvements" :)

that pretty suck very much....Do you guys think I can use a BVI company with 2 seychelle companies as director and shareholders for privacy?
The only requisite of the bank in Puerto Rico was that the company I am opening an account for should have a physical office, I even asked if a Seychelles company was okay and they said that YES (I even asked if a Marshall island company was okay and they said that no obviously, but I had to ask them for it lol)

I will talk with the bank first of course.... That's what I think I could do because obviously the other solution I was thinking was a Nevada LLC but getting a bank account for them is difficult
If you are willing to travel to the USA, it is not difficult. Why in Nevada? Wyoming is cheaper and has a better privacy conditions..

Because in Nevada the gambling business is common and I could be accepted by banks easily.... Even a company in Puerto Rico could be good too...And what about one in New Mexico or South Dakota

I have clients that run the same businesses like yours, gambling affiliates, and they usually have Cypriot companies.

the problem I have is that I live in an european country that don't recognise the license of the casinos that I'm promoting to people from my country so for me privacy matters...
I don't have an affiliate network,I'm member of one and I put various banners and reviews for money in my website.
