Hello,
I am a French resident and I want to open an offshore bank account what website can you advise me to create a bank account and which is reliable to receive transfers of large sums of money from French people thank you

If you don't need a RIB/IBAN, then here are a few companies you can use to receive deposits without providing the source of the funds :

- Neteller or Muchbetter : good for legal activities (physical prepaid card available), no CRS reporting YET since they deliver digital currencies and no fiat currencies like Euro (but in the end it is exactly like owning euros/dollars)

- Coinbase : similar to Neteller, but they don't deliver prepaid cards, no CRS reporting YET

- PerfectMoney or Webmoney (about 20 years in service) : anonymous, they don't require selfie verification, so you can easily upload fake identity and documents, no prepaid card.

offshore banks will cost you too much money if it's just to receive transfers.

Coinbase will start reporting to UK revenue service as from the 31 January. They have already hit some big crypto speculators with big tax fines.
No doubt other countries will follow.
French residents using Coinbase are under the jurisdiction of Ireland not UK :

You could setup a company in Cyprus, it would not be a problem if you set it up as an foreign company. So it would be legit and still be part of the EU but have no corporate tax to pay.

thank you for your answer do you have a link for creation
