Crypto traders in Spain needed

Hi, my client has crypto license in the EU and would like to enter the Spanish market, even passport the license if needed.
Are there any crypto experts from Spain that can guide me how to do it or may have a connection that can help out. I did research but couldn't find anything concrete.

You start with the consultancy firms that have specialized to setup such businesses. But what I don't understand is that the company you had to help you with the license in the EU is unable to help you to kick in the doors to spain???
