dedicated server hosting service?

Here are my requirements:
$185/month - Budget
Single E3-1270/E5-1620, 64gb ram, 2x 2TB disk or 2x500gb SSD
Have already found Hostforweb.com and Tzulo.com - any info about their dedicated server hosting service?
What review websites do you know? Any alternatives for comparison please?

Just to clarify it for everybody. Servers from auctions are available immediately after payment. At least if there's nothing for them to deny it or to check your payment method manually. All other servers have a manual setup time which is normally not long anyway. Hetzner has a solid service and support. Go with them for cheap and high-quality hosting.
