EMI for Paypal purchases

Hello. I'm new here. I'm interested in EMI with card which accepts withdrawals from Payoneer so that after I can make purchases through PayPal. So I need card which can be linked in PP for purchases. It would be nice to pay purchases directly through Payoneer card, but everywhere on PP forums written that PP doesn't accepted payoneer cards. I hope for your help with advice. Thanks

Anyone knows does PayPal support Payoneer cards? Euro Payoneer card can be linked in PP?
