I looked at Seyshelles or BVI. Still looking on the Internet I could not find information if such nction the promotion through a portal, the escort is legal or illegal ...


What do you say? Any alternative to these jurisdictions?

no he's right, it's just ads posted by girls or their agencies. I perceive only a monthly subscription to publish their profile.


The doubt is born from the fact that I seem to have read that in Seyshelles prostitution was illegal. then as is the case in Italy and France just to publish a site escort, is illegal and being accused of pimping.

Check with a lawyer to be sure. While I have a very hard time seeing the Seychelles authorities getting you extradited, they would most likely strike your company.

may also be something you can't put into the business activity, agree, but I don't believe this to be true otherwise we have seen this done before and for a long time ago. Actually they don't have any resources to follow up on websites advertising any escort service. It may be illegal, AGREE, It may be that if they get a hint of any company advertising such stuff that they will respond to this,even that I doubt, who should do so? but strike off a company or start any legal case, I don't believe that. 5 Years with Seychelles corps. never had a single issues not with this kind of business nor with other stuff that may be considered even worse. Even in European countries where Escort services are illegal we have seen them around for years and no one cares!


Some want to put this in a bigger picture and then look at what the chance is that they want spend money and resources (which most governments don't have any longer) for something that everyone knows exists and where no humans are offended.

Law enforcement in places like Eastern Europe and the Seychelles is varied, to say the least. My point is that if it is illegal and if a consequence of enforcement (however rare and unlikely) is your company being stricken, those are risks one should consider when starting up.

Seychelles corp holding shares in any European company will offer great privacy in most cases.

I have been told that adult entertainment is not accepted in Belize. See the Undesirable Publications Act of 2000 of Belize.


Hong Kong is not suitable for adult entertainment. See Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance (Cap 390).


I would be extremely careful about using either jurisdiction for anything adult.

It is an old thread, but I wanted to answer.
Most of the escort websites are hosted in the netherlands / Germany.
Many porn companies are located in the netherlands. Now, they choose Cyprus. For example, the webcam girl website stripchat is settled in Cyprus.
Then, escort is another level. It is much more a problem than pornographic websites.
