Foreign bank account help

Hello!
Im looking for help.
Any idea in wich country i can open a bank account in local currency and not from Eu
And no Euro or Usd currency?
Remotly ll be better, but if i need to take a plane to open it ill do it or attorney.
Im french btw

Actually its not to hide money or something
I need to buy stuff somewhere wich credit card from strong country are banned
Right now i « rent » an account in ukraine, but for security reason and fee... i ll prefere have my own one...

Singapore could be a good option. It takes about 3 weeks to open.

Rather then listing lots of banks here which everyone could google easily you may post hints, links and information about how and where to apply for a particular bank which may match what OP is looking for!
