Former IBM, New Castle Executives Are in Galleon Case Talks

Mark Kurland, co-founder of New Castle Funds LLC, is nearing a plea deal with prosecutors in the Galleon Group insider trading case, while IBM Corp. executive Robert Moffat is trying to persuade the government to drop its case, according to a court filing and a lawyer.
