found a company for less that $1000?

hello, I just found that forum after searching for reviews of a company that offers the setup of a offshore company. That services looks to be a scam so I´m happy that I found that service here.

I want to avoid taxes in my home country. Other than that I have no big requirements.

- I would like to keep the costs to found the company unter $1000.
- preferable a LLC
- a country that charges no tax and VAT for profits made abroad
- I would prefer a European country or otherwise North America

Do you have recommendation of where I should go to to get a company founded?

that depends on how easy it is to get a bank account in the companies name by my self. I would prefer a complete package but if opening up a bank account is easy than I could do it myself

If you need a low cost solution and prefer EU or USA, the only choice is a LLC in USA.
