If you prefer a real bank, you could try Ferratum (MT-IBAN).

I had been using Leopay and now iCard for some time without any issue towards Bitstamp or Kraken, but now I want to scale up amounts and investigate the need to spread over several EMIs

I have heard Vialet is crypto-friendly. But I have no experience with them so far.

AdvCash is using SEPA according to their website and from what I can see. It's not really free but it's also not the most expensive I have seen.
