Different countries have different laws. So I was wondering how much time is needed in order to register an offshore company in Cyprus? Less than two weeks maybe?

It depends, usually it takes 14 business days to get the company duly incorporated in Cyprus. If you are in a hurry you can buy a Ready-Made / Dormant company where you can start trading with the company within 48 hours. We have bought a few companies both in Cyprus and in other offshore jurisdictions.
