Shall I have any difficulties if I Bring big amount of money in cash from Bulgaria from my closed bank account?

I had LP company (UK) bank account in Bulgarian bank and it was closed after audit in bank, when they decided not to work with non-residents. I live in another country and do not have EU visa. I may open tourist visa for several days. I have all documents for bank account in Bulgarian (it was opened to company name but my name is also registered in documents) and I can prepare any documents from my LP company. The amount is about 60.000 usd. Should I have any difficulties in bringing these money across Bulgarian customs or are there any restrictions in EU?

I read that in case I bring out big amount of cash, I should take some kind of confirmation from local authorities in the place of residence. A confirmation that one does not have problems with taxes but I do not resident in Bulgaria and I will not have registered address (only hotel address).

Can anyone advice please?

Cash is limited to 10K in Europe even if may be not a risk to travel with more, but if they cach you they will confiscate all your money. The best way is to open a new bank account in another country. Where are you resident and which one is your nationality?
