if an american citizen is living abroad outside the united states and is using cryptocurrency in vast amounts could they be monitored under the foreign finance intelligence act assuming that they´re money laundering vast amounts of stolen money in someway????? do american citizens living outside the united states doing illegal financial activities get monitored by secret surveillance???????? i now that non u.s. citizens dont apply but what about american citizens?????? would anyone happen to know???? rsvp.
