Hi everyone, I am looking for a general overview or setup that would work for my current project.

I am a webmaster of an adult tube site where users can upload P**N videos. I would say most of the videos are copyrighted (eg: users uploading P**N videos that are usually behind paywalls), but some users upload original content. For original content, the uploaders can charge a fee for users to download, and I take a cut of this before paying uploaders at the end of the month. I also have ads where ad networks would pay me through PayPal, Paxum, or crypto (depending on the network).

The Problem:
- PayPal just permanently closed my stealth account recently (yes, I was dumb to try to use paypal on an adult site).
- I have not registered as a corporation.
- I prefer to not be associated with the adult niche an any way.

Questions:
- What setup do people recommend? For example I see some torrent sites/IPTV sites using "hosing companies" as a front to accept PayPal as payments. Would this work? Should I just use another payment processor like ccbill?
- Do I need to form an official company? Is it possible to not be associated with the company at all? Form a company that provides a different service? Which location?

Any advice is appreciated!

You want to setup something with darks, company based on fake passport and utility bill as well as SIM phone, once done you use the same documents to setup your Stripe account and even paypal if that is requried.

For the company I would choose a UK company less pain and maintance and it is supported by most EU EMI's and payment processors.

This solution will last for a year max 1,5 years and then you need to repeat the process.

Because of ever changed regulations also in the UK, I would setup more then 1 company if you know that you will be in this business for longer then the 1,5 years.

Where are you from?
What is your revenue per month?
What is the exact reason you wouldn't want to be associated? (illegal; privacy; tax?)

Anywhere between 1-6k USD/month but I am currently splitting these between different payment methods. Most of the content is copyrighted.

I have concluded that I would need a front company, and use darks. I think you're right about this only being a temporary solution... Is there something else that's more long-term so I don't have to keep creating stealth stripe and paypal accounts?

It is very complicated for Adult, you need somehow to find a local agreement with a bank to allow you to accept credit cards for your business. In some countries it is possible even thought their official policy is not to allow that stuff. Or you use CCBILL, EPOCH SYSTEMS or VEROTEL all three are well known Adult processors.

Accept crypto payments?
I toally agree that would be a possible solution and you don't need to worry about anything like that.

always LTD don't go for an LLP it makes then entire thing muc more complicated!

Since he is going the dark route anyway: what about corporate tax regarding the LTD? Profit transfer agreement offshore or paying tax?
who cares about that with darks? do you know what the purpose is to use darks and why such setups only last for one or one and a half year rof/%

I obviously do know :D but you are right, it doesn't make any difference. Setup with LLP & Offshore evades taxes in one county, LTD evades in two countries. Doesn't make that big of a difference, lol.

Okay after a lot more reading looks like too many factors make this difficult.

I have decided to make a dummy site/front for my adult site. Now... I need to plan the location of a marketing company + bank. Lets say I go dark route, I want this to last as long as possible so I was wondering where I should incorporate + open a bank account? Here are some things I need:

- PayPal and other payment processors like stripe. PayPal is needed since most customers prefer this. Being able to purchase crypto would be great.
- Somewhat safe funds storage - I am tired of PayPal and other USA bank accounts closing. Should I be opening a bank account in non-CRS countries to prevent any flags (for US citizen)?

Looking for advice on the best combo of company location and bank account location for my needs.

I also would like to get some business solution as well. I hope this could be helpful for my business promotion.
