Long time not seen..
Offshore company formations are what we are looking for most of us at least, we look for ways to protect our assets, ways to do business in privacy and to remain anonymous if possible.
It's awesome to see the development of this during the last 7 years.. not many took action yet to start a threat or post replies but some do and I believe many just read.
So it's 2015 the worlds is moving faster than ever and we need to keep moving with our business if we don't want to fall of the train.
What offshore company formations do we have available for our needs, let me list a few of them for you:

For our perfect company setup we will need a Trust (you can read about it at the thread from "offshoreoffice" ) and we need a jurisdiction that will grant us maximum privacy and anonymity. For this company formations we will use a Seychelles Holding (all shares owned by a Panama or Seychelles Trust) and a Cyprus trading company. What does this mean for us.
100% Privacy and No tax to be paid at all - No, you can move money and assets between the Seychelles and the Cyprus company as much as you want and no tax has to be paid. Why does not anyone does this? Yeah good question it cost money to setup and some don't have or want to spend that money.
Is it really that simple? Yes it is, no rocket since, simple and straight to the point. Consider this setup the next time you research on this topic.
