Offshore company in Dominica, anyone?

I wonder if anyone has some input about setting up a company in Dominica, from what I read there is most of what we all look for.

easy accounting
total privacy
no paid in share capital
easy setup
banking is available

I wonder if all these 5 points are still valid, the information I read is a few years old, much can have changed in the meantime?

I have only heard good things about privacy and tax benefits in Dominica but I don't know what excatly they may offer today.

It is 3 years time I had a company there which got dissolved because I did not renew it. I paid 2000 eur for the setup.
