Hi,
Our company is looking for payment processor for our website, we are incorporated in Ireland with virtual office. We don't have Irish bank account (only Transferwise with German BA). We want to have several payment options including credit card/debit card option. We are selling sports betting picks/tips/information/prediction, offering sport forecasting.
We want to offer our services mainly on the USA market. We are not gambling company/bookmaker/casino and we are not cooperating with gambling institutions. but a lot of companies/merchant services are refusing our applications because of our company country incorporation and business category. We were trying:
CCBILL, Ikajo, PaymentCloud, Stripe, Maxpay, 2checkout, Bluesnap, MerchantScout, DarmaMerchant, PayLine, Host Merchant Services, and other merchant account providers. Many US based merchant providers are refusing our application because we are not incorporated in US.
Is it even possible to offer our services (for a lot of banks we are gambling company) to US customers beeing EU based company? Do You guys can help us?

Well your gonna need to try your luck with a high risk merchant provider. However with customers in US I would say next to zero chance of finding one.

Try https://www.awepay.com/ which is a UK based payment company. Should solve your issues. Look it up!
I have no dealing with them but from my observation, they should be able to conduct business with you. However, please research carefully. Cheers!

Decline rate at awepay is crazy. Tried them already. All high risk processors are a pain in the a*s....
Just open a normal business make a normal website which is ToS ToU confirm and then take the API keys and process with your sportsforecast page. If possible mask API Endpoints or take care that a lot of webpages are on the webserver so stripe can't really locate the real website source where it is coming from. Don't use the webhook option if you can't proxy it through with a webhook relay.
Maybe you need to show tax docs to stripe when turnover is high and they discover a "tax risk" so be prepared to have an accountant who can manage this for you. In the US they require 1099-K for example, in Europe I remember sending in some requested tax docs but it was around 1 year ago, but don't remember what it was exactly as i just forwarded it to my accountant.
If you don't want to do this by yourself feel free to look at the advertisers.

EU Registered PSPs require
EU Company
EU Directors
EU Physical Address
100% Traffic from USA is a Big No NO
Your Business model is also high risk.. You should have relevant licences and you wont be able to sell in specific geographies and to people below a specific age

All the best!

Hi, what kind of license do we need to sell sports betting picks? I'm in this industry for a long time and this is the first time I hear about license.
We want to start in the US ant then expand on the EU market so it will be 50/50 traffic. EU physical address and EU Director is not a problem for us.
Thx for answer.

I would recommend a couple, these are specialized in the gambling business and will be able to at least understand your business and offer you the best solutions:

Secure Trade - I think its is called acquiring.com now or something similar
EPG - Easy Payment Gateway
Wirecard - Main processor for most online casinos/sportsbooks
