Paysera restricted Accounts /Bitcoin Exchange

    We kindly inform you, that a transfer has been executed to your Paysera account (transfer information is attached). In accordance with clause 2.13 of the General Payment Service Agreement, we kindly ask you to respond to this letter and indicate the payer and the basis for this transfer. We also ask you to provide a copy of the document justifying this transfer, if possible. Please note, that according to clause 9.1.11 of the General Payment Service Agreement, the client has no right to "accept payments in an unregulated and/or unsupervised virtual currency and/or buy, convert or manage it in any other way". Taking this into account and relying on clauses 12.1 and 12.1.2 of the General Payment Service Agreement, the provision of services is partially suspended to you until the movement of funds on your account will be investigated, which may take up to 30 days. You will be informed about the results of the investigation by a separate letter. We are looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your cooperation.

A letter with a request to provide information was send to you. Please provide the information (documents) requested as soon as possible by responding to the letter.


    It was 100 EUR of www.kraken.com A Bitvoin Exchange Service = Payward Ltd.

    For over 6 months i get 500 EUR and they make no problems but NOW

    100 EUR FROZEN NOW

    and before you do that, read here Leupay blocked account

    LeuPay, Revolut, Payzera etc. etc. etc. all the same shit when it comes to crypto.

    My Leupay is blocked and they don't even know I'm doing crypto.

    I received 16k there and sent them out and they blocked my account.

    I have also an Mistertago Account yesterday open
    I have also a Revolut Account
    I need a solution for cashout Kraken
    But before i cashout to Revolut or Mistertango or (open Leupay) i will go safe that i get no problem

    I have done several payments in btc to Mister Tango and from there to bank account, no problem at all. I have also send money (using the MT debit card) from Mister Tango to Revolut and then to a bank account.

    No problem at all.

    I will not send BTC to Mistertango because HIGH FEES, its EUR Value on Kraken com = SEPA Withdraw

    Dear Client,

    We kindly remind you, that according to clause 9.1.11 of the General Payment Service Agreement, the client has no right to "accept payments in an unregulated and/or unsupervised virtual currency and/or buy, convert or manage it in any other way".

    It covers cases of receiving money from or making payments to crypto currencies exchangers.

    Taking this into account, this can lead to your Paysera account termination without further notice in repeated cases.

    What are their fees for crypto? I saw their regular fee structure but no mention about crypto there.

    Mistertango deposit is 1 % minmal 0.0025 BTC

    I think over Kraken, Exchange and Sepa Withdraw for me is better
