Question about Skrill

Hello,
i want to ask if Skrill is blocking the Account if it reaches any level of income.
Do they ask for the TAX Number on any point?

Currently im using an PayPal Business Account since 3 Years with a Monthly income of 10~15k$+

Im asking for this because i know someone who got his "Private" PayPal Account suspended some weeks ago because of high income and they asked for the TAX Number.
Maybe someone know on which points PayPal is looking?

or Should i just make new verified PayPal Accounts that doesn't run on my name? (if yes, how do i withdraw the money)

Also i live in Germany.

Skrill will not block you if you reach certain limit, provided you lift the limits up and get VERIFIED, following their guidelines. You will have to proof physical address, bank account, mobile phone via SMS etc.etc Then you can earn without fear.

Regarding Paypal, do u have Personal or Premium account level at the moment ? It is big difference.
