Recommendation - Cheap EU alternative like UK

Apart from UK which happens to be the cheapest I have seen so far when it comes to company formation which goes of about £15 - £20 are there any other country close to them in terms of speed and less document required?

Please help suggest something around Europe out side Cyprus which is too expensive, something that can be done remotely, less ID required or jurisdiction that works with darks and I'm not bothered about tax because I have setup in UK despite people dreading them due to tax and reports.

It is a plus if It can be used with PayPal

You can setup a company in Estonia remotely with Digi ID, however it will be more expensive comparing to UK Ltd.

Never used them so no Experience so far
