Regards company accounting and other goverment stuff

wonder if anyone can point me to some site were I can figure out after i register a company then early need to file some accounting docs and well what is it I need to do? Will use some accounting company for sure
but I like to know little bit before I contact any, better be little bit up to date my self, any pointers?I looking for like when as what date, and if need to do monthly filing etc etc, I plan to set up as offshore owner

Contact a few accountants in Cyprus and ask them for help and specifications on what it is that is required. It's different from accountant to accountant what they request and how much they request.
